I was walking through my kitchen one day and my fiance had left a half cut tomato and pepper on the island.  The symmetry, details and reflection caught my eye so much....I just had to take a picture.  :)

I haven't posted in a looooooong..... time.  Life has a way of getting in the way sometimes, but a lot has happened since my last post...lots of good stuff :)  I'm back in the working world....and I got engaged.  So life has kept me busy, but it's finally leveled out and I've found time again to do things I enjoy...like taking pictures.  I took these nature pics with one of my Xmas presents...a brand new digital SLR from my love.

I seem to have a fascination with power lines and towers.  It may have to do with my conflict with technology.  Technology has helped us out in so many ways and made life so much easier, but it has also done damage to our beautiful world.  I hope we can someday come to a happy balance between nature and technology...
